Day 1: Kigali (Rwanda)
Meet in Kigali and then transfer to your hotel. In the evening dinner and night (FB).
Day 2:Kigali - Goma (D.R. Congo)
After breakfast we drive to Goma, via Musanze and Gisenyi in Rwanda. Lunch underway. Afternoon (if time allows) visit of Goma, the small city of lavas. Dinner and night (FB).
Day 3: Goma - Bukima - Kisoro (Uganda)
After breakfast we proceed to Bukima (Virunga National park) for your Mountain Gorillas tracking. After lunch we proceed to Kisoro in Uganda where we have dinner and spend the night (FB).
Day 4: Kisoro - Queen Elizabeth National Park (Ishasha)
After breakfast drive to Ishasha (Queen Elizabeth NP). This is a beautiful park on the African savannah, bordering the Virunga NP in D.R.Congo, where you will have plenty of time to enjoy the wildlife like elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, cats and birdlife. But Ishasha is also known for the tree climbings lions! An incredible experience! Lunch, dinner and night (FB).
Day 5: Ishasha
After breakfast you will enjoy your game drives in the Park. Lunch, in the evening dinner and night (FB)./p>
Day 6: Ishasha - Boat Trip Kazinga Channel
After breakfast we proceed to Mweya (still in Queen Elizabeth NP), where you will enjoy a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel. This channel links two lakes, Lake George and Lake Edward and attracts a varied range of animals and birds, with one of the worlds largest concentration of hippos and numerous Nile crocodiles. Lunch, dinner (FB).
Day 7: Queen Elizabeth NP - Kibale Forest NP
After breakfast a morning game drive, lunch and afternoon drive to Kibale area. This area has many small craters lakes as remainings of old volcanoes. Dinner and night (FB).
Day 8: Kibale Forest NP
We will have the whole day to visit the primates in this National Park known for its Chimpanzees and all kinds of different species of monkeys, birds etc.. If time allows, a walk in the Bigodi Swamps is recommended for birdviewing, primates etc.. Dinner and night (FB).
Day 9: Kibale - Beni (D.R. Congo)
After breakfast we proceed to Beni, via Mpondwe border and Bulongo. Lunch en route, later dinner and night (FB).
Day 10: Beni - Epulu
After breakfast we proceed to Epulu, via Komanda and Mambassa. Lunch en route, later dinner and night (FB).
Day 11: Epulu (D.R. Congo)
After breakfast we will have a short tour to the Epulu Sanctuary to see the Okapi’s. Lunch in the afternoon. After that we visit the villages neighboring the park (FB).
Day 12: Epulu
Today we will visit the Mbuti, one of several indigenous pygmy groups in the Congo. You can have a look at the Mbuti village where they will perform dances and other activities. Lunch, dinner and night (FB).
Day 13:Epulu-Bunia (D.R. Congo)
After breakfast we proceed to Bunia. Lunch en route, later dinner and night (FB).
Day 14:Bunia - Paraa (Uganda)
After breakfast we proceed to Murchison Falls National Park in Uganda, via Mahagi border. Lunch en route, later dinner and night (FB).
Day 15: Paraa
A day for safari in Murchison Falls NP. In the afternoon you will have a boat trip on the river Nile. It is believed, that the river has its source in Uganda, where it starts its long journey to the Mediterranean Sea. Lunch, dinner (FB).
Day 16: Para - Masindi (Uganda)
Early morning game drive, lunch, pass via the top of the River Nile the Waterfalls of Murchison, later dinner and night (FB).
Day 17: Masindi - Entebbe
Day 18: Entebbe - Departure
Relaxing day, later transfer to Airport for your flight back home.
